OSS,or Online SingleSubmmission (Integrated Electronic Business Licensing)
is a one stop business licensing system issued by the OSS Agency (under the Ministry of
Investment/BKPM) on behalf of ministers, agency heads, governors, or regents/mayors
to business operators through an integrated electronic system.
The Close Relationship BetweenOSS,PBG,and SLF For business operators who require physical buildings for their operations (such as factories, hotels, warehouses, or clinics), the OSS system does not stand alone.
OSS serves as the upstream component of the licensing ecosystem.
Before a business license (especially for Medium-High Risk and High Risk categories)
can be verified and declared valid in OSS, business operators must meet what are
known as the Basic Business Licensing Requirements, which include:
1.KKPR(LandUseCompliance) / Spatial Planning — processed directly through OSS.
2. Environmental Approval (SPPL, UKL SS/Amdalnet (Consultant).-UPL, or Amdal) — processed through
3.PBGandSLF —processed through SIMBG
SystemIntegrationProcess:
When you enter your building requirements into OSS, the OSS system will automatically
transfer that data to SIMBG for the process of ensuring compliance with building
technical standards (PBG & SLF). after the PUPR office issues the PBG/SLF in SIMBG, a
notification will be sent back to OSS to approve your business license.
