It must be established by a single Indonesian citizen (WNI) who is
at least 17 years of age and legally competent.
2. Separationof Assets (LimitedLiability)
The greatest advantage of a PT is the
separation of personal assets from company assets. If the company incurs losses or
debts, the owners’ liability is limited to the capital they have contributed to the company.

3.No Notarized Deed Required
