The technical agency requires: 1.SNIStandard: Testing must follow the procedures outlined in SNI 2827:2008 (field penetration test using a cone penetrometer). 2.ConeResistanceGraph (qc): You must include a graph showing the relationship between soil depth and cone resistance values, as well as the total friction ratio. 3. Legality of Service Providers: The report must be signed by a soil laboratory technician or a geotechnical engineer holding official certification (SKA/SKK Geotechnical Engineer) or employed by a consulting firm with a Business Identification Number (NIB) in the relevant field. 4.
